Separately, in reading these reviews, I note that the establishment limits its replies to favorable evaluations which is precisely what it shouldn't be doing. Paying $28.01 for below average orange chicken and pot stickers makes migration to the Panda three blocks east as the crow flies a very easy decision the next time the spirit for simple carbohydrates quicky converted to glucose moves me/us. One can, as these folks apparently did, spend large sums of money to remodel a place but suffering through disengaged, aloof, whispering staff that neither greets patrons on arrival or thanks them on departure is a huge downer and both dullards, the young man and perhaps his mother or relative were so afflicted. ![]() ![]() Yu's management would do well to remember this. Maybe it's just us, but walking into a business and being greeted by waitstaff that makes eye contact, smiles speaks at decibel levels above eight and generally create a welcoming environment is always appreciated. Though the food was acceptable, the service was less so. ![]() My daugther ordered orange chicken and found it tasty if not a bit disappointingly paltry for the $28.00 spent to procure it. More specifically, was my second visit as disappointing as the first? Unfortunately such was the case. Having visited this location one time prior to this review, I deferred evaluation to ascertain whether my initial observations about this place were valid and reliable.
